What do you like best about Hostaway? I could not manage the properties that I manage alone without this program. Hostaway is a game-changer

What do you like best about Hostaway? Customer service, simplicity, scheduling tasks, charging the guest, mobile app for the whole team What do you dislike about Hostaway? Small things, the system is generally great. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? It saves a lot of time, you can share information with the whole team with reservation notes, assign tasks to the maintenance staff, syncronize calendar.... their WP plugin is amazing, we have it on our website.

What do you like best about Hostaway? The software has a free demo training where you can have an overview of the dashboard. Amanda is really great and clear in showing me how to navigate the features. What do you dislike about Hostaway? My most least favorite is understanding the financial report tab. The customer service was incredible

The customer service was incredible. Coming from another platform that didn't help when I had questions or when something went wrong, this platform is amazing. I had all my questions answered and some I didn't know I had.
