Exceptional Customer Service-Personal and Patient
What I like most is the personal and patient customer service. As a beginning user of the software, Uvindu made it so easy to understand and walked me through every step explaining anything I needed to know to manage our properties. Without Uvindu, I may not have made it. It is very user friendly but he had extensive knowledge in every aspect of the program. Highly recommended! Ask for Uvindu(:

I'm having an incredible experience with the Hostaway. Even with the support and training for using the system. Thanks to Shabeeb Razeen for all his patience and charisma during our meetings! For now I don't have a complaint to say about Hostaway.

What do you like best about Hostaway? Paul was a great resource and stepped through the onboarding with great knowledge of the product and process to get things done. What do you dislike about Hostaway? Automation could be a little better but Paul knew how to make it work. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Channel consolidation.
