What do you like best about Hostaway? Excellent customer service & transparency. What do you dislike about Hostaway? There is a learning curve so the onboarding calls are essential. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to automate my short-term rental business.

"Easy to use, but not easy to contact"
What do you like best about Hostaway? Easy to use, good connection with few platforms, good user-friendly design. Some of the features are good. What do you dislike about Hostaway? Not easy to contact the support staff. No direct contact number. Very difficult to get in touch with them in an emergency. "Great product, but some bugs and missing features."
What do you like best about Hostaway? Ability to sync prices with Beyond Pricing, granular permissions for users, Wordpress plugin, great support and onboarding team. Exceptional Service from Tharindu of Hostaway Support!
I have been in contact with hostaway support a few times now and I must say, Tharindu Balasooriya from Hostaway support offered the best service out of all (This is hard to say, because all of them are really really good) I was able to resolve my issues because of his unwavering patience! He guided me using the share screen function on google meets which made the process easier! Thank you, Tharindu! You’re the BEST!

Best platform for running your BnB
I have been using Hostaway for more than 1.5 years. We never have any problem with it managing difference channel! This is a must have because some month you get more from booking.com and other month Airbnb changes their policy and you get more from them again. Recently, we have returning guests wanting to book direct with us to save us on platform fee. Hostaway is great with that and their staff a just so great and patience in guiding us through the setup process. 5 star experience!

Awesome customer/support team
I had a very weird problem with my account; a problem they hadn't seen before. The support team worked together to fix the issue, and fast. I am always happy with the customer service I receive - very professional and personable staff that care. Thanks Akeeshan for all your help today!
