Hostaway is a very professional and easy to use company.The platform is smooth, well-organized, and extremely helpful for daily operations.Fatih was especially friendly and supportive , he guided me step by step and helped me understand how to use the system properly. Yen gets a 10-star
First, I only had to wait 30 seconds or less to begin my call with Yen. He helped me diagnose a problem with attaching a message template. It involved a "Google Meet" call to determine the cause. He was patient and pleasant to interact with, as we explored the problem (which happened to be me). Excellent customer service, which Hostaway constantly maintains!
