Hostaway is an easy to use platform
Hostaway is an easy to use platform - I would recommend it to others who use multiple booking channels to make their lives easier. Also, Mohamed Wazeer was very good to work with. Helps with any questions that come up and walks through the Hostaway platform with you.

Fantastic Customer Service!
We are switching to Hostaway from another software, and our experience has been fantastic! The customer service is miles above the other guys, and the software is very user-friendly. Plus there are no hidden extras to actually get everything you need! We have been extremely pleased as we switch over!

It was great having Wazeer as my onboarding specialist at Hostaway. He was such a pleasure to work with - trustworthy, clear communication & took me through all the features of the app patiently. He answered all my questions and went above & beyond. I'm a new customer & hostaway has been beyond what I expected from a property management tool - it's perfect for my vacation rental business & easy to publish & sync with Airbnb, VRBO, etc

We've used Hostaway as our channel manager for the past 3 years and we love it! It's easy to use and they are always adding additional features that make life so much easier. Anytime we have a question they are always so quick to respond!

I have received exceptional service from Hostaway as well as my account manager Wazeer. He has honestly given me the best service of any company ever. Its a company and service that keeps getting better, well worth the value for the costumer service alone! I would recommend this to anyone.

Fantastic product
Fantastic product. Arranges everything you want to arrange when renting out through airbnb and booking.com. Calendar synchronization, price setting, communication with clients, payments... It is all very convenient. And the customer support is excellent too - they respons really quick.
