Great service, great platform

Very thorough on-boarding process. The platform is very easy to get acquainted with. There are a few tricky steps (not because of Hostaway, just because integration is a complicated thing!), but the team member I was working with made it very easy. There is tons of great functionality within the platform. We're very excited to make this a part of our management process.

We had trouble with the email address of one of our guests, since it didn't show up on his reservation through airbnb. Therefore, our automated messages weren't reaching him and they were important. But thanks to Safna, we were able to regulate such error and inform our guest of their reservation. So thank you for your support.
