I demo'ed many systems

I demo'ed many systems, however hHostaway was by far the best choice. That has continued throughout the onboarding, and on-going live help. Not ticketed, or email, one to one human help. The system is brilliant, however what makes it easy and efficient, is my onboarder, the legend, Shabeeb. He has continued to help me throughout. and continues to.

What do you like best about Hostaway? Intuitive learning, quick support, ease of use and features. What do you dislike about Hostaway? Not much, a few small gripes on updating instant messaging, but nothing major comes to mind at the moment. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Complete pricing and communication among all platforms . VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and more. Simplifies my time.

Paul Solaman is incredible! It is specifically Paul's onboarding that has ensured our success as first-time hosts. He's super patient with all of my questions (I have many) while onboarding; he is very fast to reply to my emailed, offline questions in between our calls, and most of all he's personable and I feel, looking out for my best interest. THANK YOU for such an incredible onboarding partner!

Hostaway has been amazing so far. Onboarding experience has been easy and very informative. Any small issues have been rectified and fixed immediately. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a Channel Manager.
