What do you like best about Hostaway? Userfriendly software, auto invoices, single inbox for all communications, and great customer support. What do you dislike about Hostaway? The mobile app is still a bit underdeveloped, especially the multi-unit setup. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Great all around product and service

Overall my experience has been great with Hostaway. They have been responsive, kind, patient, and have walked me through every process at my pace. The pricing is a little high but I'm hoping because of all of these amazing features that it's going to be worth for us in the end.

User friendly software & great customer service

We originally signed with HostAway in August and our onboarding experience wasn't the best so we decided to try a different software company. After 5 painful months with that company we RAN back to HostAway and had a completely different experience with onboard the second time. "Easy to use software w/great customer service"

What do you like best about Hostaway? The user-friendly interface and speed to set up our booking engine were our two favorite features. Also, the customer service with the onboarding calls was very helpful. What do you dislike about Hostaway? There isn't much I can say that I dislike about the software.
