Third time's a charm

We've been through 3 software systems and probably watched 25 demos before finally signing up with HostAway, and we are beyond grateful that we did. The interface is beautiful and intuitive, you can usually figure out what you need to do just by clicking around and they have an awesome help center with tons of information and tools. "Paul has been excellent in each session."

What do you like best about Hostaway? Other platforms as well as Airbnb, having a website that people can book direct. Support person available for the start. What do you dislike about Hostaway? Instant booking means I can't go on Booking.com. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting more bookings and therefore more income while making it easier and more time efficient to manage.

What do you like best about Hostaway? The automations are a fantastic time-saver, highly reliable, and of course personable to your guests. The simplicity of managing rates is a huge bonus compared to other channel managers, Hostaway integrates well with dynamic pricing tools, but we struggle to understand why you would use them with their system - it's just so easy! What do you like best about Hostaway? Tharindu the Hostaway Agent who assisted me was quick, attentive, and reliable! This is one of the reasons why we switched to their software - attentive customer service. Highly recommended. What do you dislike about Hostaway?
