Left for nearly 2 weeks without booking system
Extremely poor service from Hostaway. I transferred over to Hostaway from Eviivo as I read the reviews and was expecting a better service from them as well as connecting in with other 3rd party integrations. The onboarding service was appalling, Hostaway staff took control of my booking.com and airbnb account in the first 45min onboarding session, they then rushed off and left me with a partially onboarded system. "This PMS is very Simple and User Friendly"
What do you like best about Hostaway? It does the job of Channel Manager and PMS on one Platform What do you dislike about Hostaway? Nothing as such. There is no problem we have encountered yet. Recommendations to others considering Hostaway: It is a very convenient and simplified PMS with Channel Manager as well. Which makes it one-stop solution for vacation rental business. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Hostaway has a better reach with other OTA Platforms.
