Alex Krunic made my onboarding process a breeze! I have 15 properties on multiple booking platforms that he helped me sync over. It took about 4-5 sessions total. Very happy with Hostaway so far and especially happy with the onboarding process.

"Excellent software very easy to use"

What do you like best about Hostaway? That I can manage Airbnb, Booking, Expedia and others under one roof What do you dislike about Hostaway? It takes some getting used to but so far no complaints What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? We could not work without a channel manager so this is a great solution

Customer Service Non-existent ... time to go elsewhere

We've now been a customer for a number of years, having been with other providers previously. It seems to be typical of a software company that has been growing and adding in new features that don't work. This breaks things that use to work and new features also don't work. Customers get to pay to be beta-testers, rather than focus on our core business. When you try to contact support, support is now non-existent.
