Excellent experience
Excellent experience. I have moved PMS to hostaway and find it much more user friendly. The support team are fantastic and the onboarding process has been smooth and very supportive with multiple calls to ensure a thorough understanding of the whole system from listing through to website booking buttons and more. Highly recommend!

User friendly system and great support!
We started using Hostaway this Spring and it has been the easiest process. I've been in this industry for almost 10 years and the onboarding for this system was by far the easiest. Alex was great to work with and helpful along the way. This system has definitely made my work life so much easier!

What do you like best about Hostaway? Calendar management and good options to customise website, automation, tasks and working with a team. What do you dislike about Hostaway? Some feature still require to go to an external website which worsens workflow. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Calendar management is the best feature as it allows me to overview monthly or annually
