Very poor customer support no customer service

I terminated my contract with hostaway almost 6 months back, as the customer service never responded to an emails or tickets raised for day to day troubleshooting. I emailed customer service multiple times for a single issue and never got any response from customer service, then had to email the sales consultant who signed me up for hostaway, finally got some response. "Great Program with Fantastic Onboarding"

What do you like best about Hostaway? Hostaway has streamlined so many tasks. From platform integration, calendar syncing and task management, Hostaway has already paid for itself in terms of time management and guest organization. What do you dislike about Hostaway? Direct website features could be more robust with greater customization, in terms of design elements. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Hostaway? Dashboard is very powerful and easy to use, helping keep everything in one place. What do you dislike about Hostaway? There is not much, other than the way to give check in instructions, I wish there was a section similar to airbnb What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Listing on multiple platforms with ease of keeping track and also creating a direct booking channel.
