Shakira was helpful, courteous, quick and incredibly knowledgeable. She was also really resourceful -- quickly coming up with workarounds and suggestions. So my support specialist was Shakira Mohammed, and By specialist I mean that in true fashion, she was excellent to work with. We had an employee go in and change things and totally screwed up our financial formulas. She was quick and prompt and really knew her way around the system. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Shakira Mohammed has been amazing at assisting me with all my needs. She has been helpful with Owner Statement questions, working through some of my growing pains, and even answering the simplest questions! She is a 10!!!

Finally... helpful support!

Tharindu was so helpful that he had four months worth of problems sorted in an hour or so. And even though he had another appointment, when it was a no show, he called back to continue the things we hadn't had time to do. Tharindu is also on my timezone, so it pleases me greatly to know that someone is able to help me in Australia. This has been an issue of contention for some time now.

Alessandra was great.

The only reason I stuck with Hostaway is because Alessandra was able to take on my onboarding and help me through questions even though she is in another country. Hostaway I believe has the best platform but overall they severely need more help on the support side of things. I shouldn’t have to be doing onboarding’s at 11pm at night because that’s all I’m able to get within a weeks timeframe. I want help and answers, I don’t want to have to wait a week to get it though. Shakeel was phenomenal! He definitely went above and beyond to help us out and jumped on numerous calls. Very helpful. Hostaway seems to be working thus far. It's a work in progress on our end.
