Efficient, timely and excellent service

I received excellent service and support to resolve the issues I raised. I find the software suits my needs and Hostaway supports efficient friendly and very helpful. My experience today was very positive and my problem solved.

Mohamed Wazeer gave me a fantastic onboarding experience. He knows very well about the system and a great person. He was helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. He has a very easy way of teaching. I learned a lot and he guided me through all the software with ease. The software in general is very reliable compared to most competitors. It has excellent features.

What do you dislike about Hostaway? Hard to tell yet, as I just started using the platform. The toughest part so far is the integration of new channels. "Easy to Use, Almost all-inclusive system"

What do you like best about Hostaway? The onboarding was very simple and the system is very easy to navigate. The User Guide is extremely in-depth and covers just about everything. What do you dislike about Hostaway? The task management is not very in depth and I needed an additional system to work with it. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Almost all of the tools I have been manually performing are included, so all of my information is included.
