Our onboarding specialist was Ace…
Our onboarding specialist was Ace Colonia and he was brilliant. He explained everything really well and adjusted to our level of IT proficiency. Additionally, we had trouble connecting to the calls (linked to our lack of IT proficiency) and he was super patient and found easy workarounds for us. This was extra appreciated because we didn't waste the calls (i.e. he could have given up and made us book another call, which would have delayed our onboarding). Ace deserves a raise and a fat bonus.

Above-and-Beyond Support from Aki
Aki truly went above and beyond with her support. She helped me navigate onboarding and troubleshoot issues with an OTA, taking the time to walk me through everything step by step. She was patient, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout the process.What could have been a frustrating experience felt manageable and clear because of her help.
