What do you like best about Hoppier? Helps me be able to provide prizes or rewards to my teammates throughout the year. What do you dislike about Hoppier? Some folks have said it's a little confusing to figure out how to use What problems is Hoppier solving and how is that benefiting you? Saving me time

"Good system for sending rewards"

What do you like best about Hoppier? Easy to use. Don't have to shop. VERY helpful staff! What do you dislike about Hoppier? Can't use a print off of the card. Difficult to use the last few dollars or cents. What problems is Hoppier solving and how is that benefiting you? We were unable to have an in-person Holiday party, so we did it online using Hoppier to enjoy food at home.

What do you like best about Hoppier? Unused funds can be saved and used later or directly refunded to T&E card. What do you dislike about Hoppier? Fees involved to process the card transaction were unexpected. What problems is Hoppier solving and how is that benefiting you? Providing comparable meals to customers/employees that are attending meetings remotely.

What do you like best about Hoppier? That it is a one-stop option for gifting, prizes and incentives for our hybrid team located in various parts of the US and around the world. Also the ease of use for both the admins and the users is fantastic. What do you dislike about Hoppier? I don't like the lack of clarity in regard to the totals available in the account vs. the totals of gift cards that have been accepted/activated. I have enjoyed working with Hoppier these past 2 years. What do you dislike about Hoppier? I had some issues with Hoppier adding more cards than I needed and then I asked them to refund me. I am not sure if my predecessor signed us up for a renewal or if the company just assumed we needed the same amount this year as we did last ...

What do you like best about Hoppier? I had a problem with my grocery order. The Rep understood it and resolved it quickly. User friendly customer service. What do you dislike about Hoppier? I didn't see the customer service phone #. What problems is Hoppier solving and how is that benefiting you? Since I paid from my pocket, Hoppier gave me cash.

Hoppier makes is really easy to give our employees funds for team lunches, happy hours, or even work anniversaries, no matter what country those employees are located in.
