"Big fan of the service!"

What do you like best about Hoppier? Hoppier came in handy during the pandemic. I would use them again to service my customers if the situation presented itself. What do you like best about Hoppier? Hoppier is user-friendly for the person facilitating the award and just as easy for the person receiving the reward. If there are any issues, the customer service is excellent. What do you dislike about Hoppier? There is really nothing to like about Hoppier. What do you like best about Hoppier? User friendly. It's easy for us to reward and recognize remote employees. We've launched a lunch stipend which has been successful. What do you dislike about Hoppier? We had a couple of issues when we launched because employees were waiting until the last day to use their lunch stipend. The transaction was posted for the next month. But overall it's been great. We've asked employees to use their stipend a few days before the end of the month at ...

What do you like best about Hoppier? I enjoy the flexibility that Hoppier gives me in sending cards available for use wherever the employees wish to use them instead of locking them into a particular service. What do you dislike about Hoppier? Setting up the programs can be a little tricky — the UI is a little clunky, and I'd appreciate a more robust email editor within the program. What do you like best about Hoppier? Hoppier made it easy to share a gift card across the company. It was nice to be able to customize the card and the distribution program in so many ways. What do you dislike about Hoppier? USD currency was confusing for users as we are a Canadian company, and the amount fluctuated on a daily basis. What problems is Hoppier solving and how is that benefiting you? Great for distributing a large incentive program
