What do you like best about Hoppier? The interface of the website is easy to use and straightforward. I liked that the explanation of how to use my virtual card was right there. Also, their customer service was excellent in helping me solve my issue. What do you dislike about Hoppier? I didn't have any real issue with Hoppier, I did run into a slight confusion that I eventually figured out, but it wasn't intuitive at first. What do you like best about Hoppier? As an employee, the rewards always make my day. The best thing is that I can also use the card for non-USD transactions. What do you dislike about Hoppier? My second transaction was declined on Amazon. But kudos to the Hoppier support team for fixing the issue within a day. What problems is Hoppier solving and how is that benefiting you? Quickly reward employees.

Building the campaign took a little time tk understand how it work. The user interface wasn't so easy to understand What problems is Hoppier solving and how is that benefiting you? Saved time in finding gifts for customers. I've been able to manage international campaigns with ease.

What do you like best about Hoppier? I liked that my employee were able to pick their own gifts. What do you dislike about Hoppier? I disliked that I wasn't able to have my Indian folks use this. What problems is Hoppier solving and how is that benefiting you? Having people get something of their choice instead of something they don't need.

What do you like best about Hoppier? Hoppier made it easy to share a gift card across the company. It was nice to be able to customize the card and the distribution program in so many ways. What do you dislike about Hoppier? USD currency was confusing for users as we are a Canadian company, and the amount fluctuated on a daily basis. What do you like best about Hoppier? I like that Hoppier makes it easy to send gift cards to people. We are fully remote so to allow our employees, who are all over the country to pick what they want is really nice. It's pretty easy to use overall. What do you dislike about Hoppier? The invitations are a bit confusing. After you load money onto your program, you have to purchase invitations. Price is per invitation. And you have to do this with every program that you run.
