What do you like best about Hootsuite? Easy to navigate and understand. Schedule multiple posts at the same time. Customer support is extremely helpful. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Previewing posts isn't seamless across the channels when you are scheduling. Free version features are limited. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Easily schedule posts well out in advance.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The calendar/schedule view- which allows me to see what content is scheduled to be posted, and when. This lets us get a high level view super quickly, and not have to click everywhere. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I'm picking nits here, but I find the UI/UX to be underwhelming. We were billed a full year when we started with Hootsuite after the initial trial. we were not happy with it at all a few months down the line. too many glitches and the scheduling was inaccurate on a weekly basis, we decided to cancel our subscription. this was basically impossible through the application and on the desktop very hard to find. we finally found it and deactivated the autorenewal. this kept flipping back to autorenew we ended up emailing our wish to cancel the program, and ...
