What do you like best about Hootsuite? We were using another social media platform that handled most functions pretty well--except LinkedIn video posting! What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like the fact that I can see the posts on the calendar, this allows me to see which day I have left to cover and if there is any social account I missed What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I think there is still work to do, for example adding TikTok will be very useful. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Saving a lot of time, I have in total 24 accounts and with this I cover a lot of them.

I was a customer for 5 Years

I was a customer for 5 Years. I was charged $588 w/o any notice - that's 5x what I paid in the past for subscription. I have repeatedly contacted them and have gotten no response. I cancelled my account. Still, no response.
