Absolute joke!!

Absolute joke!!! Signed up for the 30 day trial ... during this trial I thought the app was useful so I joined the monthly payments of £40, now after the 30 days they have still taken the $550 from my bank for annual fee! Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE phone number or email!!! I was happy to use Hootsuite for my scheduling until they took the yearly payment from me ... which made me realise all these terriable reviews!! I need a refund ASAP!!!!! 😡
