"A great all-in-one social platform"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The fact that Hootsuite manages each well and allows for easy syncronization. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Nothing really - it all works pretty well and congeals nicely. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not had any real issues with this platform yet. I like the one-stop social media shop platform!

Overall there is little to dislike. What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like that Hootsuite isn't only a social media management tool but they also value us enough to deliver webinars, blogs, and other useful tools. "Easy to schedule postings"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love that I can sit doen for about an hour and schedule my whole month's social media postings. It lets me choose multiple social media outlets as well as keep track of the progress and any messages. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Sometimes my social media accounts get logged out when I don't realize it, and I have to log back in. This sometimes makes me miss some scheduled postings, but at least it is easy to reschedule! Absolutely horrific customer service

Absolutely horrific customer service. There simply is not Live person to talk on the phone for IT, and when you do connect with a customer service representative after being stuck with their chat-bot, the person will just ghost you. Hours wasted, and I haven't had an answer. Apparently, if they don't know the answer to your question, they will just walk away from the conversation. Fraudulent Charge from HootSuite to my PayPal account

As the same with a few others here, I do NOT have a HootSuite account nor have I signed up for any trial of any sort. I find it strange that the fraudulent charge of $588.00 took place in the late night/early morning at 2:40am on Sunday through my PayPal account. My financial institution, Navy Federal Credit Union, notified me by text asking if it was me, so even they found it to be suspicious. "Good at helping to manage all our social accounts - but price is too expensive to justify."

What do you like best about Hootsuite? It is great that it shows you what your posts will look like and ability to schedule for future dates. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? They should have a more basic option - it is way too expensive to justify the expense and I am bummed we are going to have to cancel the service as a result.
