I've been getting billed for years that i haven't used it. Over $2,000 now i believe. They told me to go in and remove accounts etc. I get a bill every month. Hootsuite stop billing me! The keep sending reports about my twitter accounts but I have not used Hootsuite in years. Please stop sending increasing bills and cancel my account. I fall under ADA

I have been having a lot of issues lately with scheduled posts failing. This is frustrating because we rely so heavily on Hootsuite to get our content out there. It's an amazing tool when it works well, but it's frustrating when it doesn't and impacts the business.

Stole money using my credit card

Stole money using my credit card. I never finished the sign up process and Hootsuite charged me $600 for a service I have never used. I need a refund! Absolute scam of a company! The email address on the account is NOT MINE. This is a fraudulent charge using my cc information!
