Sneaky about (large) price increase

Echoing a lot of other reviews here. Feature-wise, similar to other platforms (we switched to Buffer and I actually like it better). One-star rating, however, for integrity. We became a paid customer in 2020 for USD 29/mo. Without warning, our price nearly tripled in 2022 to USD 75/mo. I disputed the charge but Hootsuite stonewalled. "Great Product for Organization with Limited Staff"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite has proven invaluable as we work to plan our social media calendar for the month - especially with limited staff. We're able to create and schedule posts and see where our planning leaves "gaps" in our social media coverage (using the calendar view.) The ability to schedule a single post to multiple platforms, as well as schedule the posts has allowed us to free up resources that were doing this in "real time", making us more efficient. What ...

"The platform is very easy to use in the computer and the app, too. I've liked it a lot."

What do you like best about Hootsuite? It's very easy to use. You can easily choose the date and time, the account and platform you'll use, and adding the captions and images are very simple. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? It's not very punctual when you have posts scheduled or reminders. E.G. a couple of times I've had to go in the app and check because I never got the reminder. What do you like best about Hootsuite? Being able to post several ahead of time and choosing the day and time for it to go live. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? only 2 accounts available with free, paid is too much for my use What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Hootsuite allows me to do one week of social media posts at one time based on how often I post. This is great, I do it when I have time & all week long my posts go out when scheduled.
