What do you like best about Hootsuite? Best Tool to Manage Social Media Accounts in one place. It helps us to increase productivity of the organization. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Pricing is a bit high, but big companies can afford this tool. It increases productivity. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me to increase productivity of the organization by managing multiple social media platforms and accounts in one place.

Not a fan

This site lacks control over posts. For example, I can't invite collaborators on Instagram posts. A lot of times I get an alert stating that my Instagram reel post didn't post because of some error that is not clear. When there is no issue posting directly to IG. This is a poor scheduling social media website that costs a lot of money. I only use it for twitter because it's the only platform that never gives me issues. It's a lot of money for one social media platform to work consistently. ...

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The ability to post to multiple networks simultaneously is excellent for maintaining a presence on all the networks that matter these days. It's a remarkable API. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Not being able to post the same copy at multiple times with the same click is unfortunate given what I usually use Hootsuite for, and they'll need to integrate more networks to stay up to date with newer social media norms. What do you like best about Hootsuite? Very easy to schedule and manage social media posts. The calendar allows you to easily view and quickly update social posts across channels and accounts. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I wish the analytics were a bit better, however a lot of the barriers are due to API constraints with individual social platforms.
