Easy to use, free and the only good thing my former PA ever did!!

Hootsuite was recommended to me by a former PA in 2014 and it was the only good recommendation or action she ever did (hence why she's "former") It's ideal if you post on facebook, twitter, LinkedIn (only until June 2017 after which time LinkedIn will no longer be compatible) as you can schedule posts weeks in advance and one post can be put on all portals, subject to their individual word count. It is solid SMM app

It is solid SMM app, but i wish it allowed less known social media to manage. Hope someday they agree for posting on Instgram without second-hand approval of it on the app itself. that loses the point. Also their qualifications courses are too pricy

New functionality not great

I loved Hootsuite, but since the update a week ago the functionality is not as good. It would be great if you could revise the new way of replying, I seem to have to reply to all people tagged in the original tweet and cannot remove them. As a business tool this is not helpful and I am now logging into twitter itself to reply to customers.

Solid SMM App

One of my favorite apps for social media marketing. I use it for all of my clients. I've never contacted their support, so I can't so much about them but the software itself is golden. Easily worth the premium.

Makes having a social media presence easy

Hootsuite has been invaluable in helping our company build a better social media presence. Because we are able to schedule posts in advance and share to multiple platforms at once, we are saving a ton of time while still engaging more within our online community. Would definitely recommend!

Easy shceduling. What more could you ask for?

My experience with Hootsuite so far has only been positive. You can easily schedule your social media in order to post what you like to post. It is fast, easy to use and reliable. The only minor thing that I didn't like is that they use 'Posted with Hootsuite' on your posts in Facebook (and probably others, I only used it for Facebook). I don't like my readers to know I have shceduled the post they read.
