"Simple to use but could be improved"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Ease of use, easy to learn. I like the ability to set up "streams" to help with social listening. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I'd like to be able to write separate captions for the same post for different social platforms so that it's easier to tailor a post to each site. "Hootsuite Makes Social Media Management More Manageable."

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like that I can manage ALL of my social media pages on one platform. I also love that I can pull in mentions and certain keywords on Twitter to monitor the conversations about my brand regardless if the customer has tagged us or not. Hootsuite? RUN don't walk away from this crappy company.

Our company tried Hootsuite out and it was not what we wanted at this point in time - maybe in the future. But that will NEVER happen after experiencing Hootsuite's "fine customer service". I reached out to cancel our order. Hootsuite basically said sorry it's 5 days past your 30-day trial. I never got an email or a receipt, nothing showing I was charged for the Hootsuite service. If Hootsuite was smart they would have said okay or charged me a month. Instead what they do is create highly ...

"A great program for a average marketer"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? For anybody who is just starting out on their marketing teams, this is the program to use and to utilize everywhere. Hoot idiots makes it easy and seamless to learn how to create campaigns from nothing. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I dislike the simplicity a lot of the time. I have never met such a scammer company....

I have never met such a scammer company that plans for trial users to think that they "canceled" there trial and when they then take your money using paypal, there is nothing to do because they do not make refunds and there default plan is of course a whole YEAR!. they have no customer service, just a "Zendesk Queue" that you will never get a reply from, no matter how many mail you send them. This company have a "real" product, or atleast it looks like it, but they are Scammers big time...

"Makes managing social media so much easier"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Pre-scheduling Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. I love that I can schedule out my posts in advance and not have to worry when unexpected meetings get in the way. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I've changed my tab versus stream structure a few times. Sometimes my needs change but other times I want more than 10 streams on one tab.
