What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love Hootsuite; it's our one-stop shop for social media solutions and tools. It provides everything my organization needs. We do fairly extensive social across many platforms and Hootsuite makes it easy to integrate everything, schedule across platforms, and track how we're doing. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Hootsuite it's a great tool for organization in the social media, even though the free version is limited to the number of platforms and number of scheduled posts, I'm still able to do up to 30 scheduled at one time, which is a lot of reach for being a free version. Terrible customer service

There's some mysterious credit card on file to verify my account, so I can CANCEL it and I don't have it and they have no other way to verify my identity. No managers or supervisors to talk to. Nothing. How did this happen? I asked for nonprofit pricing just to see, and they signed me up, so now I can't use the account because they think I owe money and I can't cancel it. The customer service has been infuriating.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I really like the columned threads a lot. They are easy to read and easily accessible. I also really like the content management abilities. It is extremely easy to schedule posts out for the future. And it is cheap. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? What do you like best about Hootsuite? I was offered a 3 month trial and I can schedule many tweets for promotional purposes What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I dislike the website. What do you like best about Hootsuite? Ease of use. From setting up initial account and bringing in client accounts, the system walks you through perfectly. Live chat support is very helpful and we use it regularly for help with the occasional glitch to receiving assistance with features we've not yet mastered. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?
