"Ease of use."

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Being able to follow trends allows me to better understand where the competition is going with their marketing and be able to pivot my plans. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Not much. Wish you could upload higher res images (5 mb cap). We are a highly visual brand and we have to sacrifice picture resolution which kind of stinks but. . . oh well.
