What do you like best about Hootsuite? The ability to navigate between platforms, schedule posts, posts directly and shorten links directly on the site. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? It can sometimes be hard to find the icon used to publish posts What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite's social listening capabilities are its most helpful feature, in my opinion. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I don't really dislike anything about Hootsuite, I just don't find it to be an absolute necessity for my marketing needs. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Hootsuite allows us to monitor multiple channels all in the same place, which saves time and energy.
