Overall, I like the fact that Hootsuite has the options for you to take casses to get familiar with the software if you know nothing about it and how it functions. The software seems great at first... when it works. Good luck if you ever need customer support. I've had an open ticket since early September 2019 and the only update I was sent was on Sept. 16th saying they had too high of a volume to address my issue. I went on Chat Support but he had to escalate to more high tech support and then he followed up asking if I had been taken care of... crickets! Next, I went to Twitter. I sure don't like the public shaming tactic but I was at a loss as to ...
