I signed up for a 30 day trial

I signed up for a 30 day trial. I never used and tried to cancel before the 30 days were up but I couldn't find where on the website to cancel (obviously hidden on purpose). The only options were to upgrade from my 'free' plan for €25 (basic) upwards. I sent Hootsuite a message to say I would like to cancel and not charge me. Of course I was charged €49.20 through Paypal and it doesn't look like I'm having much joy getting this back even though the charge is meant to be for the month ahead. ...

"Hootsuite, Exceptional for Monitoring your Brand"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I really like that you can choose your different social mediums to monitor and respond right from the platform without having to sift through comments to find the post.
