With the latest updates, the platform itself seems to get better when it comes to tagging within posts and personalising your messages. What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love the way this app allows you to see a quick overview of all activity. The tabs make it easy to create a nice easy to use dashboard. It almost feels like a scam. They are terrible. The worst thing is that everytime you try and cancel or downgrade your account you get an error message, you couldn't make it up.

I enjoy the customizations of the control panel, where I can access different channels and functions (e.g., publications, timelines, mentions, etc.), all in one easy-to-manage interface. It also makes social listening easier instead of having to log in and manage notifications manually on each individual platform. What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love that you can add 3 profiles for free to Hootsuite this is enough to get clients going and it's a huge time saver for me! There are many apps that you can install inside of Hootsuite which allow you to curate content from within Hootsuite and publish it directly to your social media outlets which is a huge help!
