What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite is reliable and easy to use for scheduling twitter posts. I just have to look at the right hand row for the posts i've scheduled. It also has the date to be scheduled written clearly on the right hand corner so that's easy for me to check back. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? What do you like best about Hootsuite? Clear, concise layout that can be manipulated to the user's needs. It makes it very easy to see everything at once while also giving the option to hone in on a certain platform. What do you like best about Hootsuite? It's extremely easy to schedule posts. I also like that (for the most part), you get to see how the post would look in the wild. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? There is a very limited selection of social platforms available for integration. Also, the analytics are lacking in depth. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? For a small company, it's very easy to schedule posts out in advance.

Offers a high level of organisation & enables you to see various different streams at once e.g. looking at your own posts and being able to see all mentions and replies next to it.
