What do you like best about Hootsuite? easily add multiple social accounts for a holistic view across platforms and channels. I also used the reporting feature to measure the reach of specific tweets and to see what was popular. What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love the ease of use provided by this program. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Sometimes the streams lag and very important content that comes through isn't replied to within SLA. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? We are reaching our clients' customers faster than manually checking their social media accounts.

Woke up to the same problem everyone else did with $348 charged to my account after a whole year of never using their service. I had no idea the charge was coming, no notice, and of course like everyone else on this thread, NO RESPONSE about a refund. I have zero intention of EVER using them and would have never authorized the charge. Times are so tough right now, $350 is life altering. I immediately deleted my account and I can't get a hold of anybody. I am trying twitter and hoping I get ...
