I am currently on the same bandwagon as everyone that has written before me. I do not have any evidence claiming that I opted into an annual plan, which i was recently charged with and cannot get a hold of them to recieve a refund. With everyone claiming they had charges even after cancelling their account, I had to flag my bank. I still am waiting my HUGE refund ASAP. TBD......

I love being able to schedule future social media messages and saving drafts of my messages so I don't have to reinvent them if I want to repost them at a future time.
