Hootsuite is OK. It's not a great solution for serious marketers. The navigation is a trainwreck. I think the old navigation was much better. It was odd seeing them do updates and the navigation getting messier! Hootsuite has not evolved like their competitors. Their competitors offer many more features and functionality. I signed up to Hootsuite over a year ago and used it for a few weeks to see how it worked. It didn't really work well across multiple channels so I decided not to continue. However, Hootsuite automatically enrols you into a yearly subscription of £300. I only noticed that I'd be charged for this a few months after and challenged Hootsuite so I contacted customer services.
