Servicio de atención al cliente PÉSIMO y servicio MALO y muy caro

Un servicio de atención al cliente que cuando tiene un problema real no está ahí. Me hice la cuenta con el mes de prueba del plan básico, teniendo en cuenta que si me gustaba pagaría al cumplir el mes el año completo. Probé la aplicación y vi que no me interesaban el servicio que ofrecían en el plan básico ya que la cuenta de instagram profesional y sus analíticas no se pueden gestionar dentro de este plan, de hecho es un plan CARISIMO para solo poder gestionar varias cuentas desde un solo ...

I signed up for free trial, tried it maybe three times and then gave up, its not what I am looking for, there was no notice that trial was finished, actually they charged my card and then sent the invoice 5 hours later, However, the worst part of this is their customer service, no humans available, all computers and you just go round and round and round and dont get anywhere, so from that aspect alone, even if it was something that I would have considered using, not after this experience. ...

What do you like best about Hootsuite? It really helps a lot when one can make all posts from one UI. It's efficient and saves time to do other marketing activities. Metrics are easy to read and help to make decisions. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Team size three persons is too small, but the next level is quite expensive comparing to our company size.
