"Hootsuite from free to overpriced"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. It has a polished look, similar to website building UI's such as wix. There's image resizing in the app, which is nice. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The price is too high for someone who wants to manage their personal or single business social networks. Daylight robbery

Its not possible to give minus starts or I would . Hootsuite have taken over £500 for an annual fee and the service has worked for 4 months out of 6. Posts are failing to publish and they will not cancel and refund, only offer money off my next subscription. Why would I resubscribe to a service that doesn't work? If I'd read the reviews here first I would never have used them so be warned!

Use another platform to manage social media

Just going to echo the same complaint as most others recently. An astonomical price increase (390%) after being on a legacy plan. Only one very unclear email communication about upcoming price changes and then a large unexpected bank account debit 4 months later with zero warning or any invoices. Finally raised the invoice after i complained and backdated it to the debit date. Their customer support is horribly unresponsive - had to chase answers every time (6 weeks going and still no ...

La aplicación no es nada del otro mundo y por lo menos yo he visto que tiene muchos problemas con la mensajería en varias RRSS.Pero lo escandaloso es que me han cobrado 500€ por una suscripción que no he pedido y no responde nadie.
