"Easy to use and professional"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Post scheduling for sure. Also the ability to move posts around on when they actually post even if I already have them scheduled. Drag and drop makes it too easy! What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Streams page is a little bit clunky.
