What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like how easy it is to plan and schedule posts for social media. This eliminates a lot of time it would take to go to each platform separately to schedule posts. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? There are certain posts such as Instagram that the platform struggles to post several images for. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? PROS: It allows me to be well organized when it comes to my campaign on social media. I am able to keep track of all the activities on the content or social media accounts. For example it is possible to monitor the number of replies, mentions and hashtags on a social media account.
