Not to mention the scheduling post feature, which is a great add-on.

So easy to track streams and schedule tweets

I first encountered Hootsuite many years ago but have only recently returned and started using it more regularly. I cannot believe how good the changes are in the current version. It's so easy to keep track of my streams and, more importantly for me, to schedule tweets (especially across timezones). So a big TICK and THANKS to the Hootsuite team!

Sent me a $640 invoice for an account I never set up

I set up an account half-way, without finishing the process, and obviously never used the account. Hootsuite keeps trying to charge one of my old credit cards, so that I keep getting notifications from my bank that this company tried to charge my credit card. A few days ago they sent me an invoice for $640, even though I never finished the sign-up process. Be very wary of this company, and don't give them ANY information about you unless you really plan on using them for a long period of time.
