Easy scheduling

What do you like best? It is very easy to view, trade and cover shifts. What do you dislike? I don’t like the fact that availability is not saved weekly but has to be resent. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My team no longer has to email to switch shifts or change scheduling.

Helpful for our single location restaurant

What do you like best? Simplified timeclock, ease of tracking, does not allow early clock in What do you dislike? Does not report alcohol/dood sales separately on server report. Does not allow us to assign bartender to cash drawer for server report. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of tracking labor percentages and labor by department.

What do you like best? I love how easily I could add employees & the take a break option. What do you dislike? I hate how it keeps giving me the options to upgrade & refer a friend. Unnecessary and I will do so when needed. Used Homebase to track hours and time off for my team

What do you like best? My guys could easily clock in and clock out when they got to work without having to have some complicated computer system. I also like that they could trade shifts with each other without me having to be involved. What do you dislike? Dislike that it's more or less the honor system. My guys could give each other their code and clock each other in on our office tablet and bypass the geofence I set up for their personal devices Recommendations to others ...

Was forced to switch to Homebase. Hate it.

What do you like best? The only thing I like about homebase is the message board. What do you dislike? I hate the way the it shows everyone’s schedule. I don’t like the way you have to request time off. Should just be able to select shifts, not hours. I don’t like when someone puts up a shift multiple people can accept it. Extremely useful and easy to use

What do you like best? I like being able to see my earnings through the mobile app What do you dislike? Constant emails asking me to upgrade to the premium version (these emails should be sent to my employer) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great and efficient

What do you like best? I like how every week, instead of just getting your schedule on the app, you also get texted your work schedule for the week. It was a little exciting waiting every week to see how many hours you would get scheduled in. You can also see when and if your co-workers are going to be in on a certain day or time period.
