"Lightweight, easy to use, and powerful"

What do you like best about Hiver? Easy to use, easy to get setup, and it doesn't hog my computer's resources. What do you dislike about Hiver? There are a few minor bugs I'd like to see gone. Nothing awful, but just little things you'll find as you work. I've shared my feedback with the Hiver team and they've addressed my concerns, but time will tell if they act on those fixes. What do you like best about Hiver? I love that my sales person no longer has to remember to forward important emails to me. Having Hiver sync the emails to me (including replies) is a huge time saver. The shared email templates are also an amazing feature that we use daily. What do you dislike about Hiver? Not much. What do you like best about Hiver? I love that emails can be sent to me, that I can answer, but that others can leave notes about what it is they're looking for me to say, or how to respond. What do you like best about Hiver? The old concept of email is dead. That is, where each email inbox is a silo of information to just one person. That's old-school thinking. Shared inboxes just make sense for collaboration and knowledge sharing. Hiver makes sharing of emails across your organisation easy and automated.
