What do you like best about Hiver? Very good for syncing emails across teams for follow up. Well priced, good customer support and no issues to speak of. What do you dislike about Hiver? Can slow gmail fractionally but this can be solved by running hiver in another browser. Recommendations to others considering Hiver: Great product, give it a try. "Great software"

What do you like best about Hiver? I love this software. It allows me us to have complete transparency in or orginizations and all emails are synced. We know if someone jumped in or not with out constantly ccing everyone. What do you dislike about Hiver? Occassioanlly when we add a new user I get some old emails popping into my box. "Perfect tool for sharing email labels/folders"

What do you like best about Hiver? Ease of setup, use and being able to share project emails with our internal team. What do you dislike about Hiver? Only very minor point is that sometimes it takes some time for the emails to sync between users. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Sharing emails on a project by project basis gives our team instant access to correspondence enabling them to support projects if another member is busy or absent.

What do you like best about Hiver? Easy to use. I am using it with Google Apps for work. What do you dislike about Hiver? It just works. No issues so far. The help desk response quickly. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? It keeps everyone in the loop without having to CC and forward messages.

What do you like best about Hiver? I love the fact that when I send an email, all I have to do is turn on the tracker at the bottom of the email and I know when the email has been opened and read. What do you like best about Hiver? Easy to set up and use, cost effective and very useful for team emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? Support for mobile devices (notes) would be very helpful as several members of our team use emails on their phones. I appreciate this may be a difficult problem to solve, but even read only access to notes would be very useful.
