"Great tool for managing a team"

What do you like best about Hiver? The ability to email clients from a single address so we all have access to all client communications What do you dislike about Hiver? Some commands aren't entirely intuitive to me What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? I work for an accounting firm, and we use Hiver to create a shared inbox so we can collaborate on clients seamlessly.

What do you like best about Hiver? For a delegated Google Mail account, Hiver automatically tags/assigns incoming emails to whoever sent the outgoing email. It became easier for the team to manage incoming emails efficiently. What do you dislike about Hiver? There is a few minutes lag for the new email to be shown in Hiver. What do you like best about Hiver? Can share one inbox with multiple users. Able to assign work to the entire team. Hiver offers the ability to communicate about one email with several people using Hiver notes. We can auto-assign emails as they come in or even put automation in place to tag a certain way or assign certain emails to specific people What do you dislike about Hiver? What do you like best about Hiver? About to see what is open and still needs attention and what is no longer open. Able to add notes and labels to things as needed. What do you dislike about Hiver? For some reason, it does tend to crash from time to time. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to distribute orders among my team and able to see what is on everyone's plate for the day/week.
