"Switched from Boomerang"

What do you like best about Hiver? We were using Boomerang but kept running into issues with emails going missing in our inbox. We would let the software know we wanted to return a message at a later date but it would often select multiple messages without us knowing and move them out of our inbox. What do you like best about Hiver? Seamless sharing of gmail labels. In-message chat. What do you dislike about Hiver? Discontinuing of shared contacts. What do you like best about Hiver? If you live in gmail or google suite (apps) in a team environment you simply need to use Hiver. We've used it since the beginning and it improves month after month in features, speed & support level. In fact I don't recall using another app where I've had better support. What do you like best about Hiver? We can easily work together on the same e-mails for client support. Also use standard email templates for standard answers. What do you dislike about Hiver? Sometimes its hard to search for emails, because when you 'close' them in your shared group, they will not be findable in your own private Gmail anymore, you have to work around this.
