What do you like best about Hiver? i like that it makes emails pretty easy. What do you dislike about Hiver? sometimes it doesnt show, but then i just refresh and it shows What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? it makes emails easy and fast.

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver allows easy assignment of tasks to team members (assignee and status are visible to the entire team) and allows team members to share updates and tag individuals as needed. What do you dislike about Hiver? When you receive request responses to assigned emails that do not require actions, you currently still have to go into each ticket and manually close out to update the status. What do you like best about Hiver? Tagging CS rep to emails, the use of colors on a user level would be spectacular. What do you dislike about Hiver? Please open search parameters to be able to search notes field. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? not over reaching out to customers with multiple questions from different reps.

What do you like best about Hiver? Getting all the emails at one email address and assigning them becomes easy What do you dislike about Hiver? "A great tool, even for small teams! "

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver helps keep our shared email system organized and effective, which can become a tricky proposal even with a super small team of three people! It helps us stay clear on who is handling which clients and the status of their replies. It also helps us to pass the responsibility back and forth between different employees when need be, which can be difficult if forwarding between multiple email account. "Good Solution for Shared Inbox"

What do you like best about Hiver? The shared inbox allows us to respond to customer service inquiries and make sure someone is handling these issues. We assign the emails to a team member and also use the notes to inform one another of needed information. Hiver integrates with Gmail online well and is intuitive to use. What do you dislike about Hiver? Assignments and notes can get lost with a high volume of emails. I would like to see a more visible notification and assignment banner or ...

"Great features, but takes some effort to utilize"

What do you like best about Hiver? I like the ability to assign emails, tag people in emails, and the ability to filter emails and "close" them out. All great features for working with a team, where a lot of hands will touch various aspects of communication. What do you dislike about Hiver? I do wish that there was a better organization option for when there are multiple folders. I have a lot of tags to organize my emails, and it can be easy to get lost. A recommended platform for those utilizing GMail.

PROS: There's no such thing as a traditional email concept. That means no longer dealing with every inbox that's an info silo for a single person. Sharing inboxes makes complete sense for sharing knowledge and collaboration. Hiver allows for automated sharing and organization of e-mails across the organization. I wish such functionality is something that G-mail or other Google apps should have. CONS: There's still that uncertainty at the initial part as to how we can properly structure and ...
