"Excellent integration with Gmail"

What do you like best about Hiver? There are many things about Hiver that I like but the fact that it allows our Sales team to share a mail box is the best thing. It is fairly seamless and allows you to assign emails to each team member and track the email progress. The email templates are easy to use and better than the Gmail built in canned responses. What do you dislike about Hiver? We have been using Hiver for awhile now and have yet to find any drawbacks. What problems is Hiver solving ...

What do you like best about Hiver? All employees are in the loop! Everyone is on the same page when in communication with our customers. What do you dislike about Hiver? sometimes i don't get the little red notification dot What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer emails, I like how in control we are as to who will respond to the questions we have from our customers

What do you like best about Hiver? I love that our team can easily assign emails and we can save templates for our responses. It has definitely made our work easier and more organized. It's also very helpful when someone from our team is out and we have to re-assign emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? I wish it was easier to access email templates. A recommended platform for those utilizing GMail.

PROS: There's no such thing as a traditional email concept. That means no longer dealing with every inbox that's an info silo for a single person. Sharing inboxes makes complete sense for sharing knowledge and collaboration. Hiver allows for automated sharing and organization of e-mails across the organization. I wish such functionality is something that G-mail or other Google apps should have. CONS: There's still that uncertainty at the initial part as to how we can properly structure and ...
