"Having a very nice experience in Hiver"

What do you like best about Hiver? I like the user friendly Interface that Hiver is Providing. In addition to that it is very smooth and reliable. It will be good if it will provide a different tagging feature and a chat feature. What do you dislike about Hiver? There are too many updates on weekends so it is disturbing my work. "Excellent integration with Gmail"

What do you like best about Hiver? There are many things about Hiver that I like but the fact that it allows our Sales team to share a mail box is the best thing. It is fairly seamless and allows you to assign emails to each team member and track the email progress. The email templates are easy to use and better than the Gmail built in canned responses. What do you like best about Hiver? I love that our team can easily assign emails and we can save templates for our responses. It has definitely made our work easier and more organized. It's also very helpful when someone from our team is out and we have to re-assign emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? I wish it was easier to access email templates. What do you like best about Hiver? All employees are in the loop! Everyone is on the same page when in communication with our customers. What do you dislike about Hiver? sometimes i don't get the little red notification dot What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer emails, I like how in control we are as to who will respond to the questions we have from our customers

What do you like best about Hiver? being able to hiver in my co-workers and having side conversations that don't create a read e-mail thread due to forward vs. replies What do you dislike about Hiver? when an old e-mail gets hiver'd, instead of it being bumped to the top, it gets placed at the date that the original e-mail was sent What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits have been that it creates an easier way of sharing e-mails with co-workers

What do you like best about Hiver? Easy note taking. The system allows for some pretty seamless integration. What do you dislike about Hiver? With email chains it commonly mixes notes. We usually have to put some identifying information as well, otherwise nothing is identifiable. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Handling inbound lead tracking

"Ease of assigning and knowing who has what"

What do you like best about Hiver? I like that we can assign emails and be aware of who is doing what and when What do you dislike about Hiver? We had a small issue that we were getting old emails when someone transitioned out but it was addressed. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Not needing to weed out bad emails and be able to address issues even after a email has been closed

What do you like best about Hiver? I like how clean it makes the mailbox and how it is constantly evolving - such as adding "all messages" What do you dislike about Hiver?
