"A great way to keep things straight!"

What do you like best about Hiver? Working remotely and with differing schedules makes e-mail sharing with "status" an integral part of our new Company's ability to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks! What do you dislike about Hiver? I've never been a fan of the "conversation view" in e-mails as it is sometimes difficult to find what I'm looking for when it is far back in the conversation. Hiver doesn't work with Conversation view turned off. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best about Hiver? Push Notifications on Iphone. It is nice to be able to get notifications on iphone and see what the issue is on the fly. What do you dislike about Hiver? Having to log in each time i go into my Gmail What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a great way to track and manage all sorts of issues and tasks that a business is in need of completing.

What do you like best about Hiver? I love that our team can easily assign emails and we can save templates for our responses. It has definitely made our work easier and more organized. It's also very helpful when someone from our team is out and we have to re-assign emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? I wish it was easier to access email templates. What do you like best about Hiver? I like the user friendly Interface that Hiver is Providing. In addition to that it is very smooth and reliable. It will be good if it will provide a different tagging feature and a chat feature. What do you dislike about Hiver? There are too many updates on weekends so it is disturbing my work. What do you like best about Hiver? All employees are in the loop! Everyone is on the same page when in communication with our customers. What do you dislike about Hiver? sometimes i don't get the little red notification dot What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer emails, I like how in control we are as to who will respond to the questions we have from our customers

"Excellent integration with Gmail"

What do you like best about Hiver? There are many things about Hiver that I like but the fact that it allows our Sales team to share a mail box is the best thing. It is fairly seamless and allows you to assign emails to each team member and track the email progress. The email templates are easy to use and better than the Gmail built in canned responses.
