What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is awesome! It's super helpful when it comes to scheduling emails and working with a team and a shared inbox. Definitely makes all of our workdays easier! What do you like best about Hiver? Push Notifications on Iphone. It is nice to be able to get notifications on iphone and see what the issue is on the fly. What do you dislike about Hiver? Having to log in each time i go into my Gmail What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a great way to track and manage all sorts of issues and tasks that a business is in need of completing.

"Ease of assigning and knowing who has what"

What do you like best about Hiver? I like that we can assign emails and be aware of who is doing what and when What do you dislike about Hiver? We had a small issue that we were getting old emails when someone transitioned out but it was addressed. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Not needing to weed out bad emails and be able to address issues even after a email has been closed

What do you like best about Hiver? I love that our team can easily assign emails and we can save templates for our responses. It has definitely made our work easier and more organized. It's also very helpful when someone from our team is out and we have to re-assign emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? I wish it was easier to access email templates. What do you like best about Hiver? I like the user friendly Interface that Hiver is Providing. In addition to that it is very smooth and reliable. The benefits have been that it creates an easier way of sharing e-mails with co-workers
