What do you like best about Hiver? Im using the trial of Hiver and had a support question. They got back to me within half an hour and we solved the issue. I was very impressed with the quick service What do you dislike about Hiver? Mobile app needs some work. Would like to have ticket numbers What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Combine both personal email an helpdesk in one app.

What do you like best about Hiver? is so amazing to be able to do it all within your regular email. Love love Hiver!!! What do you dislike about Hiver? the only thing I don't like is the comments, which are the most important, are not easily accessible to view it all unless you go inside each email and look at the panel section where comments are. There should be a way to have an easier form of seeing all comments at glance and going inside the email that demands the most our action right ...

What do you like best about Hiver? I like the email templates, and being able to reassign emails to colleagues. The support staff are also quick to respond to issues. What do you dislike about Hiver? I had a few issues where the templates disappeared, but this has since been resolved What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? When colleagues are out of the office, its been helpful to reassign their work.

"Great Email Organization Tool"

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver makes sharing & organizing shared mailboxes easy! I love that I can easily assign myself or my colleagues to an email. I can track the status of emails using labels. I can easily sort my inbox for emails that need follow-up. What do you dislike about Hiver? Once an email has been assigned a shared Hiver label, there's no way to go back & remove that email from my coworkers' email. Recommendations to others considering Hiver: Definitely give it a try! ...

What do you like best about Hiver? I like the templates that I can quickly reuse and the assignment feature. What do you dislike about Hiver? I'm not well versed on all the functionalities of Hiver - and I don't feel like my colleagues are either. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Light project management, lots of quality assurance issues (such as templates and standardization of certain repeatable actions)

What do you like best about Hiver? I like that the emails are sorted, can easily identify and locate the emails. You can use pending, if you haven't finished working a specific email. You can close once your done. What do you dislike about Hiver? We experience delayed emails, sometimes the closed emails are being reopen.
